News

likewise, it's been a loooong time since i did sod all on this account, or my photography one for that matter. the main cause has been uni and books; i dont do anything the least bit artistic anymore.
the second reason was because i was running a club on here which took up all my da time, but i've now passed it on to others - it was getting way to big for me to manage by myself. never mind ^^

Up and Coming art

i've got two weeks of assessment left - then i'll have finished my second year. i'll then have june, july, august and september to get something up on here or my photography account. i've been reading so much over this year that there may well be some pretty influenced stuff coming up. we'll see.

Commisions
If anyone has any challenges for me, i'll gladly take them up (for free), but only in two weeks time. got lots of work to do

Clubs

the first in a while eh?

the last journal entry was "Blackadder-fanclub", last september. had to give up the club, it was too much. i already run another club (the members don't know who i am, so i'm not saying which club it is, but it's a very popular club), and the other admins just weren't helping out at all. i hope the club's going ok. if you're a fan, check it out -

well i was doing a BA Hons in Primary Education, but teaching practice went REALLY bad.... so now i'm trying to get a transfer into the second year of the english singly hons degree in the same uni. i havn't heard from them yet, so not really sure what's going on. i have to write an essay to make up for the 20 credits lost when i dropped out of teaching prac. i'll be writing a 2000 word essay on -
a section from "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding
"The Werewolf" by Angela Carter
and an as of yet undecided poem.
wish me luck lol

just come back from Liverpool, it was pleasant, well needed break. although my job is only on weekends, it's sucky. and we don't have air-con.

reading "Kafka on the Shore" right now, by Haruki Murakami (i hope i spelt that right). i read his "A Wild sheep chase", and that was fantastic - really twisted and very strange.

hokay, news.

i did surprisingly well in my ALevels (especially in English (As) - i had a very unexpected A) which means on the 25th of this month i start my Primary Education course with QTS! woot for me ^^

i am now employed!! woot!!

yey for cat fanatics! - ~KittyCatCult. my cat Cwrcin (welsh for tom cat) died last wednesday but in 6 weeks i'll have a new ginger kitten who shall be called Greebo. expect lots of pictures of him. if i can work out how to get pictures from my phone onto here then i'll put one or two up of Cwrcs too.

kenjimoose (the wonderful better-half) finally found Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
its just depp and some fat mexican (i think) prancing about las vegas stoned to fuck on lsd, dope, tequila and all sorts of other crap. it's great. it's hillarious. for a bit of it, and for no reason, depp has a huge lizard's tail. it's also the only film i know of where depp is half bald. however, from watching this film, you can see why the Pirates of the Caribbean guys wanted him for the part. it's great. find it. watch it. dont watch it high
